The US Department of Defense has stated that the balloon which crossed the United States last week was equipped to collect intelligence signals, and it was part of a huge, military-linked aerial spy program that targeted more than 40 countries. Jody Ferguson, former senior Pentagon advisor, joins FOX 7 Austin's Rebecca Thomas to discuss.
